We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we'll make it right.
All digital products (guides, frameworks, toolkits) come with a 48-hour refund window by default. If you've worked through the material and it didn't deliver what we promised, email us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Some products may have different refund terms. If so, the refund window will be stated on the product page at time of purchase. When a product page specifies a refund window, that window applies. Otherwise, this default 48-hour policy applies.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," we ask that you actually use the product before requesting a refund. We're not trying to make this difficult. We just want to make sure you gave it a real shot.
Live sessions (including Life Architect) can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled session for a full refund of that session's fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
If you're dissatisfied with a completed session, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or a follow-up session at no charge, at our discretion.
Contact us through our contact form with your name, email used at purchase, the product or service, and a brief explanation. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive (for example, purchasing a digital product, downloading it, and immediately requesting a refund). We handle these on a case-by-case basis and always try to be fair.
